Dresses with sleeves are firmly in the fashion spotlight, which is great news for anyone self conscious about their arms. Short sleeves, three-quarter and full length are all the rage. They add a ladylike edge to the very short dresses they are being paired with - terrific if you want to show off your legs! Mum and I were laughing very loud and hard after I spotted this sparkly blue number in the local op shop for $5! It is a carbon copy of a dress Mum paid $25 for in Supre just days earlier! Bare legs and delicate heels would polish the look but given our current wintery climate, pantyhouse and edgier heels were my choice.
