Privacy Policy
Looking Good Girls is a one-woman styling business in Melbourne. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what happens to your information when you use this website. The short version: two forms send an email, nothing is stored here, and nothing is tracked.
Who we are
Looking Good Girls, operated by Amber Morrey in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. If you have a question about anything on this page, please get in touch.
What we collect, and only when you send it
Nothing on this site collects information about you as you browse. Information reaches us only when you choose to fill in a form and submit it.
The contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, what your enquiry is about, and your message. All of it goes straight to Amber's inbox as an email.
The booking checkout
The booking form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the suburb where the session would happen, your preferred dates, what you would like from the session, and anything else you want to mention. This also goes to Amber's inbox as an email so she can confirm a time with you.
What we do not collect
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking of any kind. This site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this website rather than from Google, so simply reading a page here does not tell any third party that you did. Payment is not taken online at present.
How your information is used
Only to reply to you and to arrange and run your session. Your details are not sold, rented, traded or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to any mailing list as a result of contacting us — there isn't one.
Who else is involved
Running a website means a few services necessarily handle the information as it passes through. They are:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and delivers its pages. Like any web host it keeps short-term technical logs, which include visitor IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
- Resend — delivers the form submissions to Amber's inbox as email. Your message passes through their system on the way.
- Stripe — will handle payments once online payment is switched on. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure page and never touch this website, so we neither see nor hold your card number at any point.
Once a form has been sent, the message lives in Amber's email account like any other email. There is no customer database behind this site and no copy is kept on the website itself.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and booking correspondence are kept in Amber's email for as long as they are useful for running the business and meeting record-keeping obligations, and are deleted after that. If you would like your correspondence deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us through the contact page and we will sort it out. There is no charge and no form to fill in.
Links to other websites
The blog links to shops, brands and social profiles that we do not control. Once you follow a link away from here, that site's own privacy practices apply, not ours.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes — an analytics tool, a newsletter, online payment going live — this page will be updated to say so, and the date at the top will change with it.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests: use the contact form, and mark your message as a privacy enquiry.
