I was sitting in church in this ensemble today when a text message appeared on my phone: “smokin hot babe. U look fantastic. xxxoo”. It was from hubby of course, and even though he was sitting right next to me, I was over the moon to get that message from him.
He knows my love language is words of affirmation, so that kind of thing fills up my ‘love tank’. This juicy tidbit comes from a book called The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman, which I recommend for all married couples. The other love languages are gifts, acts of service, physical touch and quality time. It’s also great to identify your child’s love language and pour into that area.
Back to the ensemble - this stretchy zebra print gold PasCucci skirt really made my day! I’ve paired it with my new Hunt No More leather jacket, red Glassons knit and groovy slingback heels.
